Payment methods

Credit-card settlement: Payment shall be made when goods are sent out to you. The Payment date shall be the date specified by the credit-card company you use. You can use the following cards:

VISA / MasterCard / JCB / AmericanExpress / Diners Club

Fees other than goods prices (the price of the goods will be displayed for each piece of merchandise and include the applicable consumption tax amount (Note 1)):

In addition to the price displayed when you place an order, you will be required to pay delivery fees, and, in the event of delivery to a destination outside Japan, import duties, etc. Import duties payable by you will be charged by the local competent custom and tariff bureau when or after you receive the goods.
Note 1: No Japanese consumption tax is imposed if goods are delivered to any destination outside Japan.

Delivery fees:

1. 540 Japanese Yen throughout Japan.
2. 3,800 Japanese Yen for Asian countries.
3. 5,200 Japanese Yen for Oceania, North American or Middle East countries.
4. 5,800 Japanese Yen for European countries.
5. 8,800 Japanese Yen for South American or African countries.

Defective merchandise:

We will exchange defective merchandise with an identical product after receipt of the returned merchandise. If we are unable to deliver a replacement product free of defects, we will refund the purchase price of that product. We will bear any and all costs and expenses incurred for the transportation of the returned merchandise and delivery of the replacement merchandised.

Remarks for delivery:

Merchandise which you place an order for will be delivered using Sagawa Express Co., Ltd. to any destination within Japan or any transportation agent(s) we designate to any destination outside Japan. Merchandise will be delivered to you on the third to fifth business day after the completion of your order placement procedures, except for deliveries to destinations outside Japan.
Any pre-order merchandise will be sent out after we receive the merchandise from the manufacturer. The scheduled date on which we will receive the merchandise from the manufacturer is stated on the merchandise page, provided that delivery to you may be delayed if we receive an influx of orders at one time or during holiday seasons.
Even if you have completed the order placement procedures, your order may be cancelled if we do not have the stock to satisfactorily fill your order.
The date on the merchandise page which indicates when we will receive pre-order merchandise from the manufacturer may be subject to change due to production reasons. We request your cordial understanding in this matter.

Payment date:

When paying by credit-card, the total amount owing for your order will be determined when the merchandise is sent out. Actual payment will be made on the date specified by the credit-card company you use.

Return of goods:

In general, we will not accept returns of goods for personal reasons. We will only accept returns if: (i) the goods are defective; or (ii) we delivered goods that are different from ones for which you placed an order for, due to a delivery error or other similar reason. If you do qualify for a return based on conditions (i) and (ii) above you must notify us of your desire to return the items within five (5) business days after the relevant merchandise reached you.

Import duties:

We will bear all transportation charges in connection with the return of defective goods or any goods we delivered by mistake that are different from ones for which you placed an order.

Return of goods:

Additional taxes, fees and/or import duties may be charged by competent authorities having jurisdiction over the address of the destination of merchandise for which you placed an order. If you receive the delivery of merchandise from any “partner select shop” or any other affiliate multi-brand shops outside the country where you are residing, import duty charges may be imposed in exchange for the receipt of the merchandise. We have no ability to control such charges and are unable to predict the exact amount of the charges. You will be liable for paying all import duty charges and taxes which are not included in the price of the merchandise.
